Why are my payments failing?

If you have a fee attached to your account, we will prompt your patient to enter a credit card in their app before they can message you. If you have been added to a consultation by your office/nurse triage account, please make sure to prompt your patient to send you a text before you call them in the app. If you call your patient in the app, before prompting them to send you a text, the credit card prompt will not appear and therefore the patient is able to consult with you (via phone) without entering their payment method in. 

How to avoid this:

Please text your patient "Is it okay if I give you a call?" When they respond "Yes" they will be triggered to enter their payment method in the app. Once you receive their text, then give them a call.
